Continental Airlines names Best Domestic Airline

Continental Airlines has won the Best Domestic Airline title in the2008 Airline survey by Zagat.
Continental also won for Best Frequent Flyer Program, Best value for the money (International), and Best Airline Website.

JetBlue Airways took top honors for customer satisfaction in economy class, beating second-ranked Southwest and third-ranked Continental.

Southwest was honored for offering the best value on domestic flights as well as its frequent-flier program, luggage policy and on-time performance.
Upstart Virgin America was recognized as the best mid-size premium-class carrier.
